It is known that the lack of health information or assistance in Communities that are underserved raises the risk of disease, sickness, and even vital health care to humanity. 

PIM356 Y.A. is the vessel to bring such resources to a community in need. Bringing temporary resources such as a Care Center will allow us to enable and to sustain humanity. Also this ability will extend time that is needed for first responders to assist with a more positive outcome.
